How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten the password you use to sign in to your account, you can reset it easily at any time. Depending on whether or not you're signed in at the time, there are two ways to reset your password.

Note: The password you choose must be at least 6 characters long.

Reset password while you are logged out:

  1. Visit your community portal or www.zenvoy.com
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Below the sign-in form, click Forgot my password

Reset password while you are logged in:

  1. Click your photo in the upper right-hand menu.
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Select Password
  4. Below the current password text box, click Forgot your password

Helpful reminder: If you see a message telling you we can't find an account registered with your email address, it usually means one of two things: your email is mistyped or you are using a different email address. Double-check that it's the same email you originally used to sign up.
