What if I can’t get a hold of this person?

We are very sorry! This is a frustrating problem and one we work really hard to minimize. Sometimes people are busy or simply forgetful. We recommend you pick up the phone and try calling them. It’s perfectly acceptable and expected that you utilize all means to connect with your introductions.
