Senior Business Development Manager, Enterprise Business Development

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and focus on the Association and Events Industries. This segment represents a huge opportunity for Zenvoy and we want someone who’s eager to do the best work of their lives while supporting the networking efforts of others.

You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using Zenvoy most effectively. You’ll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic sales and purchase process for the entire Zenvoy product.
  • Educate customers on the value of Zenvoy in a thoughtful way,
  • Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns,
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Zenvoy buying cycle,
  • Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries,
  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers,
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including the Zenvoy product,
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft scalable ways to help our customers buy, adopt, and continually drive business value from Zenvoy.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of previous experience in account management or sales,
  • You are a self-motivated teammate that actively contributes to team goals and successes,
  • You have excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization,
  • You take an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships,
  • You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions,
  • You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient,
  • Bachelor’s degree require

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Account team and focus on the Association Industry (i.e., trade associations, alumni groups, clubs, organizations, companies.) This segment represents a huge opportunity for Zenvoy and we want someone who’s eager to do the best work of their lives while supporting the networking efforts of others.

We are searching for an exceptional sales person to focus on our largest customers and opportunities within the Association Markets. The successful candidate will understand their customers’ business objectives and act as their trusted advisor for purchasing and using Zenvoy most effectively. They will gather customer feedback and requests while working with internal teams to help align our product roadmap. This role needs to communicate effectively across multiple departments and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently cultivate sales prospects within the association industry,
  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close,
  • Form lasting relationships with contacts and decision makers,
  • Foster new relationships for Zenvoy with outbound efforts,
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Zenvoy buying cycle,

  • Experience with SaaS vendors preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
